I am going to Vegas in two weeks for a softball tournament and being that it is a "guys" trip and our team is on a budget, we are staying at Hooters. Not on my list of top places to stay but it is still a fine establishment but it does not have a spa. When I travel with my wife we have a spa day at the resort we are staying, we have been to spas at Aria, Monte Carlo, Vdara and Cosmo. Since I am going to have to travel for my spa day on this trip I am looking for suggestions. We have had great experiences at all previous spas but this trip I am looking for someplace new, any ideas are welcome.

Aria is my favorite spa on the Strip. But if you want something new, I say the best places you have not tried yet are either Bellagio or Caesars. Both are very good, probably on par with Cosmo, but a small step below Aria

My first response is always "do spa at same hotel you are staying at. Traveling to and from can take away from the experience"

BUT - you are in a situation where you will have to travel. Hmmmm

    MGM across the street?

Maybe at Tropicana? No idea what they offer there though. Sorry.

Mandarin Oriental. Case closed. Beautiful. Quiet. Usually not busy.
Added bonus: They accept SpaFinder giftcards (keep an eye out for them at costco)

    That is all.....

Even though I stayed at CP last trip, I did not go to Qua...so many people rave about it though. I have been to Paris (super meh), Bellagio (nice as long as you don't go during March Madness as I did, at which point it becomes the sports book, and Encore (favorite for the spa part...massage was worst I had EVER) --- Aria and Cosmo are next on my list, although I also hear good things about Mandarin Oriental

I've really enjoyed BATHHOUSE at theHOTEL, also Canyon Ranch at the Venetian! Had facials at both, and they were great.

Bathhouse is more manly, dark.. you might like that.

Yes, Bathhouse at THEhotel is more masculine and its absolutely a serene place. I would highly recommend it.

I love Mandalay spa aesthetically so much. It's also way more feminine and tranquil.

My wife would suggest the spa at Bellagio. Spend a hour or may before and after, snacks, fruit, drinks and of course the "spa thing"

The spa at Green Valley Ranch is nice.

Just my two cents, but I really dislike the Bathhouse spa. Tried it twice over the past few years, most recently this past March. Both experiences were poor. Its too small, the amenities are not as good as the MB spa next door, and while I like the dark, sleek look, it does make it more difficult to find your way around. The MB spa is just ok in my book, but definitely better than Bathhouse
