I just finished a trip and earned 67,000 points.

I had $287 in room charge, which leads to 7175. I played about 12K through VP, so that's another 12K points.

That leaves 47800 points for my table play. I played 85-90% craps and 10-15% BJ for 15 hours at an average of $140 per hand combined. If you do the division, I earned just under 3200 tier points per hour.

If you prorate that to $100 a hand, it's about 2275 an hour.

While this isn't exact because I played about 100 base points worth of slots in there at some point, I kept pretty accurate count of everything else. My hours and average bet are right out of their system.

Hope this is useful to someone. I was gold during the trip, so that may have some bearing.

That is useful, they used to say 550 points/hour per $25 played at tables. That would translate to 2200/hour per $100 played, which is very close to your calculation.

I'm glad to hear that your tier credits showed up correctly. But after hearing about all the people who's tier credits aren't showing up, I did an excel file to help me determine what my tier credits should be based on the express comps that I earn (taking into account the 30% accelerated earnings on EC's and point play). It sound like both express comps and point play are calculating correctly.

Coin In Points EC's PP Tier Credits
    3 1 0.01 0.01 10
    18000 6000 78.00 78.00 60000
    19500 6500 84.50 84.50 65000
    21000 7000 91.00 91.00 70000
    22500 7500 97.50 97.50 75000
    etc.

Yes, I know. Anal is my middle name :)

I don't think you can do it like this because it all depends on the game you are playing...roulette has a way higher HA than blackjack so you earn more points and ECs for roulette
