    hi,

I came across an awesome price for a premium room at terrible`s in july and wondering if the rooms are ok?

Is there a safe in the room and also how much hassle is it to bus it to the strip from there?

wife and I visited terribles last year and didn`t mind the place but I remember it being a bit of a hike to the strip.

    Hey Now!

we've stayed at Terrible's 3 times. twice in the old rooms, once in the tower. We liked the old rooms better- easy access to the car and the pool. The bus stops near the corner of Flamingo and Paradise. Hard Rock is less than a block away. They also have an airport shuttle. No room safes, we just got a box at the cage. (ask for Sebastian) Y'all must hang out at Ziggy's Bar. It's the stage bar near the check-in. Ziggy is a great guy. Full pay VP upstairs. We will be hanging out there soon!!!

In the recent past they had a infrequent shuttle to the strip. The only full pay with club ponts, they had in March was bonus poker behind the front bar along the wall, and it was not eligible for bonus points. The other full pay gives no points
Rooms are very nice for the price, this use to be my go to casino for quite a few years till they down graded their vp and club benefits. The rooms are a very good value. I am staying 1 night in june to finish my points there.

I too had friends who stayed there and thought the rooms were good for the price and were satisfied. The bus is the 202 and runs about every 20 minutes during normal hours, about every hour late. It is a 24 hour schedule.

Quite satisfied with room value the one time I stayed there. In fact, it was an enjoyable stay.
Drawbacks - small, smoky casino and as you mentioned, the distance from Strip.

I love Terribles and the bingo there. It takes 30 minutes to walk but not a good idea in the summer months, we literally fell through the doors in a heap last August. The airport shuttle will drop off at Planet Hollywood but not sure how often it has an airport run. Taxis are difficult there but the front desk will always call you one and it will appear within a few minutes. Everyone has always been very friendly there. Buffet breakfast is not good but the rest of the buffets are adequate for the price. Cafe is superb and have had some good, cheap meals there. Make sure to check the players club card kiosk because we always get two for one food and freeplay when we've not been for a few months.

Agree with the other people...the rooms at Terrible's (oops, Silver Sevens now) are pretty good for the price/value:rolleyes2: even with that dreaded "resort" fee:Þ. I stayed there twice and found the rooms to be in good/very good condition and comfy!:peace: As for proximity to the Strip area, you can catch the buses like OP stated or if you can budget it, just call a cab.

A friend of mine stayed there last year needing a cheap place to stay by herself after staying at the MGM for 3 nights with friends. She liked it way better than MGM, and she is a young 23 yr old partier. She enjoyed that the pool was quiet and she could sit and read after the madness of MGM. She also said the rooms were much nicer.

Been years since I stayed there, but if nothing's changed the pool area is one of the best kept secrets in Vegas. Nicely landscaped, with plenty of chairs, tables and loungers.

We've stayed there several times. I think the tower rooms are nicer - they have a bigger bathroom and you have to have a room key to use the elevator to get up there so it seems a bit safer to me. Last time we stayed there we couldn't get a tower room. They put us on the first floor and we didn't like it as well.
The walk to the strip is long if the weather is hot. But you can break it up by stopping at Tuscany and then again at Ballys.
