I've been to SW a few times and love it but would like to try something else. In fact my goal on this trip is to not eat dinner at any place I've eaten at before. I will be solo and want a great steak at Wynn. It seems my choices are Botero and the Country Club. I'd like a good bar to eat at but if I could eat outside at the Country Club, or any nice view, then that would be nice too. If anyone has experience with either or both of these restaurants then I would appreciate any advice.

CC has a great lunch and brunch. But, I actually prefer Botero for dinner. Both places have nice bars for solo dining, though. So I think you'll probably be good whichever way you go.

Yes, the service at Country Club is impeccable. Botero was very overrated IMO.
