May be a dumb question but I believe there are no dumb questions.

I just joined social rewards yesterday and followed and liked all the properties and watched some videos and have 1050 points and 300 pending.

My question is simply can I make multiple redemptions? I am heading to Vegas in early October. I have read that some people have had it take up to 2-3 weeks to get the credits on the TR account. So I'd like to redeem 1000 now, then when I get to 1000 again redeem again, and so on. Is there a problem with this? Or are you restricted to X number of redemptions in a period like myVegas?

    Thanks

Yes I have redeemed mine 1000 at a time over the last few months. It does take 2-3 weeks for them to show up on your TR. I'm waiting for the last of mine to come in for our November trip. I'm at 13,000 now.

Just go to SocialRewards.com and sign up and link your Twitter and Facebook and start following and liking and watching videos and sharing stuff on social media and start earning points that can be redeemed for Reward Credits. Make sure you have a Total Rewards account as you will need it to redeem. I wish I would've found this more than 2 months before my trip. Oh well should be able to get $30 or $40 in free stuff.

Yeah as soon as you have 1000 points redeem them . The ONLY time you wouldn't redeem them is in my case when I only go once a year ( stay in Scotland ) and the points I have on my card will be wiped as I haven't used the card in 6 months . This way when you redeem the 1000 points and they are added you then have 6 months until the points disappear if not used again . ( hope I explained this right lol )

I have redeemed 4 all day buffets last year @ 18,000 points and have almost 30,000 to use this year .

Social Rewards have made it a lot harder to collect coins now . Takes very long compared to what it did last year . STILL its free so cant complain .

Remember that the points go in your total rewards account as nonspecific. They are not singled out to Earl of Sandwhich or whatever other promo you choose. I have redeemed over 80 in the last year or so. When you redeem the next 1000 points, your date that your total rewards balance starts the six months over. I used to go to vegas twice a year but had to back it down to once a year. I have over 70 in comps that don't expire until feb 2014 and I havent been since feb 2013. I'm about to redeem another 1000 and my six months will restart. This is a great program and I swear by it. I like to use mine to get the Buffetts 24 hour pass.

You have to earn 1 credit every 6mos so even if you don't go for years as long as you put 1 credit on your card your points don't expire...which is why you should buy something online through the marketplace on TR website. Something small from Walmart or something. I do most of my Christmas shopping online and get a ton of points that way

Thankfully for me I don't have to worry about expiration of credits bc my nearest casino is Horseshoe Cincinnati.

As for them being non-spefic, I know that but I am a scorned table player that was once loyal to CET but jumped ship since they treat someone who runs $500 for a weekend through a slot machine better than me who can throw $500 on the craps table in one session. Now I take my business to MLife properties and get treated much better and add in myVegas and get taken care of very well. The only reason I step food in a CET property besides my home casino is for Earl of Sandwich and maybe a buffet.

    Long live MLIFE!
