I just got up this morning (Hawaii is 5 hours time difference) and caught the end of the morning Ryder Cup. Just in time to see the end of all the matches (not that some of them were pretty much already decided a few holes before). It will be interesting to see how they do the rest of the way but so far it looks good. Also doesn't help that the Euros have so many rookies on their team (although they only had 1 rookie playing in the morning), I think it will be hard for the Euros to keep the cup this year. If the US wins the cup and wins in a convincing fashion it will make Phil look like a genius with his proposals and comments. But there are some players who don't know how to lose (Speith/Reed being 2 of them) so we shall see if the US can continue playing well and winning. The European team, especially the rookies now have to step it up or it may be done by the end of Saturday.
