I would like to know the location of that fatefull gas station where the adventure truelly started?

Where you still on I-17, maybe going east on I-40? What brand and what pump? I am going to Vegas next week and need some of that lucky gas.

    BS in Flagstaff

OBTW, it really has not been that cold...I can remember a 28 below morning a few years ago.

I'm not sure why this trip report resurfaced after almost 3 years but I'm glad it did. This may be the most entertaining TR I have ever read and I read a lot of TR's.

Thanks for posting and for dragging this one up from the archives.

OMG. THIS WAS THE BEST TRIP REPORT EVAH.

Mikey, I read your blog everyday, and I never knew this TR existed.

When you exchanged #'s, have you ever kept in touch or met up with them again now that you're one of the main attractions in Vegas, lol.

    BRAVO

or......perhaps a more appropriate question, do you (or any reading) ever live in fear of running into someone again that you've met in Vegas in the past. It's a big city, but it's amazing how small it can get when it comes to running into the locals you've met in the past time and time again. Crazy.....read the trip report and then realized it was from 2003! I'm a newbie here Mikey, so my apologies that I'm not familiar with your blog.

Great TR! I never read it until today, but it was worth the wait!
It was almost like reading about a dream that someone had about Vegas, but not really happening in your lifetime. I loved every minute of it!
