Last week I stayed at Wynn, but booked two nights at Cosmo to take advantage of a generous promo chip and food credit offer. My intention was to get a "free" lunch at Milos with sis and BIL, use up the promo chips, check out the room/terrace...and head back to Wynn.

Well, we ended up having a really good time at Cosmo (and we all won a few bucks...a rarity that trip). Plus, somehow my comped room turned out to be a Terrace Suite with a ridonkulous view of the Bellagio fountains. So we decided to hang out at Cosmo for the better part of last Monday (until the wee hours of Tuesday morning).

Obviously we had a good time. And I'm very tempted to stay at Cosmo in the not too distant future. But I'm not sure I want to watch someone throwing up every time I go into the bathroom or have to dodge stumbling, oblivious drunks every night for an entire trip. (To be fair, everyone I had to dodge was a happy drunk...but it would still be hard to take for 3-4 nights.)

So, my questions (finally:rolleyes2:)...Is Monday typically a busy night at Cosmo or was this an anomaly? And, what are the slower (maybe a bit quieter) nights at Cosmo?

In my experience monday is one of the busiest night of the week at Cosmo. All the casinos on the strip gets livelier on the weekends so thats expected but i had the same experience as you with a significantly increase of happy drunks on monday evening. I didn't bother me non since everybody seemed in a good mood but not as chill as a regular weekday. I guess monday is a big night at Marquee.

Thanks guys. Glad to know that was a busy night at Cosmo. Hope I didn’t sound like too much of a stick in the mud. I actually had a great time. And I certainly have no issues with overindulgence (and, as mentioned, no one got out of line). I’m just not quite as young as I once was and I didn’t think I could handle three or four nights of that kind of party.

BTW…for anyone curious about staying at Cosmo, let me tell you: the right terrace view can make you overlook many faults. With 40+ trips to Vegas under my belt, I’ve become a bit jaded – spoiled by one over-the-top experience after the other. But when I stepped out onto that balcony and saw the fountains going off down below, it was like I was a first timer again.

Cosmo has been my home away from home, past few years. Oh yeah, I still partake of CE & V/P, etc too. But Cosmo gives me the best Comp offers & tourneys over weekends........not just During the week.
That being said, the BEST time at Cosmo, is Mornings! lol
And as FAB as the High Bell views are........the wraparound terrace suites will blow you away.
