    It really is great to see some of the classic signs rehabbed and displayed on FS East. It gives an inviting look to the street - particularly when viewed at night as one is emerging from the Canopy headed East.

    Though I only see a couple of them here... many of you are familiar with the older, iconic and rehabbed signs popping-up in the medians of downtown. The "Welcome to Las Vegas" specialized vehicle plates have had a lot to do with the funding of those. I have those plates on my Yukon, which you don't see to many of in northern Nevada (the plates , not the Yukons) and especially here at Lake Tahoe where I live... but I LOVE Las Vegas!

    Yeah, I enjoy the signs downtown. I would love to see the original Stardust strip marquee lit up somewhere. For decades that was THE standard that all others were judged by. Hated the new one when they went to plain block letters.
