I'll be staying at the Signature for 5 nights starting in 8 days. I know that Tower 3 is closer to the strip and Tower 1 is closer to MGM Grand. I just don't know which tower I should request to be put in. We will definitely be making our way up the strip a good bit, but I also kind of wouldn't mind the casino floor to be right there real close to me as well. Thoughts?

It's not much further either way. I wouldn't worry about it. Both offer great accomodations and that's what really matters.

I agree. No matter which tower you are in, you won't be close to the casino or the strip. I wouldn't be concerned.

I have never stayed at the Signature, but I have stayed at MGM and have walked the walkway to Signature.

I've stayed in Tower 3. It's a long walk to MGM. Like 15 minutes. Tower 1 is closer. Tower 3 was easy to get in/out of with the valet, however. Very quick.

We stay there often and prefer tower 1. The walk for us is never more than 4 minutes. Tower 3 is closer to center strip and the walk to mgm is about 7 minutes. I know we're fast walkers but I can't imagine 15 minutes for that walk, even if you stand instead of walking on the moving walkways.
