staying at the signature sat july 6th in a 1br balcony suite. any chance the $20(or maybe a little more) trick will work to upgrade to a 2br suite?

I'm not sure if 2br suites are ever available. I've never seen a date I've looked up have a 2br suite available (I've picked some random dates just to see)...It may be that they are all on the privately purchased towers and rarely, if ever, are put up for rental. Has anyone ever stayed in one?

I have stayed in a 2 bedroom before, and will be again in a couple weeks. You can book 2 different ways, you can book online a 1 bedroom and a studio and call and have the reservation linked. Or you can call and book it over the phone. Pricing is simply a 1 bedroom rate + studio rate. If you've ever stayed at a 1 bedroom you'll notice a set of double doors propped open, if you book the 2 bedroom you close those doors and your room key, regardless of which of the 2 rooms you have will open the double doors.

I have stayed there multiple times but have never booked a studio room. On average the price difference between the studio and one bedroom has typically been $20-$30 and none of my stays have been very long, so it just made more sense to me to just put the potential "tip" money towards guaranteeing the room.

i'll stay for about a week and the difference during my stay is well more than $20-$30/night. i guess i'll try my luck and hopefully the $20 trick will work some magic.

Bummer, I will be staying there in 2 weeks but have already booked 2, 2 bedrooms, so no trying out the $20 upgrade on that trip.

has anyone tried the $20 trick here recently? I'm going at the end of August for 4 nights at a deluxe suite and I'm thinking of trying it!

Bumping this thread. Going early/mid October, have a junior balcony suite booked and would really like a higher floor/strip view. Think $20 is going to make a difference at this property since it's a bit different than the casino hotels?
