I was asked 3 times for senior card for reduced pass out of 17 bus trips. Has anyone had experience with showing their Medicare Card?

I'm not old enough for a Medicare card but have shown my out of state DL for the senior fare (60+) on the WAX. $1 instead of $2. It is the only bus we use in Vegas so I've never had to buy a pass, just pay on board.

My RTC "old fart card" expired last month, but I have a sneaky feeling I'll be able to get by with the old one. In fact, I'm quite sure that none of the drivers have even looked at it or could care less! If I'm mistaken, I'll get a new one, but it's probably not even worth the trek to the Bonneville Transit Center from downtown. I won't even bother bringing my Medicare card.

Thats good to know, because I have been asked to see my pass on the WAX leaving DT.
