So I am just about ready to redeem our rewards and we have decided to get tickets for love, do I need to phone and book these or can I redeem and then book when we are in Vegas, we will be there for two weeks and can basically go any evening , just thinking it might be easier than phoning from the uk and being on hold for upto an hour which would be very costly, any advice greatly appreciated xxxx
You should call them. Otherwise the seats may be gone. I've redeemed tickets for Ka and for Zarkana. Both phone calls lasted less than 10 minutes. Just beware, once the tickets are booked, you cannot get a refund. And YOU must go and pick the tickets up from the box office. You can pick up from the box office of ANY MGM property (I picked up Zarkana tickets from Bellagio). And once you pick up the tickets, then ANYONE can use them.
