So a week from Tuesday I head back to Vegas, apparently because three gambling trips in January wasn't enough. And this trip is shaping up to be a solo midweek trip at the Cosmo. On solo trips, I always seem to have free time and I am debating whether to do a live TR, a recap TR, or no TR at all. I have tried to keep current posts when I do a live TR, which gets difficult when its a bad gambling trip. But they are also a fun way to fill some of the free time. Then again, I know some members prefer the recap TRs and reading everything at once. So I leave it up you all. Vote in the poll and I will do my best (although I will have angry words with anybody that votes the fourth option :grrr: lol).

I attempted a live-ish report and even though I wasn't taking heavy losses it did become kind of cumbersome. Next time I will at least write up daily as things run together after a few days trying to recall which day I went on the craps run and which was a loss.

But I'd be interested in seeing your report regardless.

Recap is what I prefer. But you should do what you want. Live reports is a lot of work, imho. Have fun on your trip!

On my trip two weeks ago I kept thinking that I should be doing a live TR, but quickly realized that it would take too much time and take away from enjoying the trip. I would do it when you get back.

Any TR from you is a welcome TR! How about live notable moments and then a full recap after the trip?

It's your trip, do what you think is best. Live reports are entertaining, but a lot of work/time for the poster. Either way, I'll be waiting to read your TR.. Good luck and win BIG.

Maybe you should do both. Only post big jackpot wins or exceptional moments live; nothing that takes more than a couple of minutes to do. Then do a more thorough recap at the end. Whatever you do, don't do anything that takes away from your enjoyment there.

Early results have live TR with a comfortable lead, but recap TR gaining ground. Still lots of time to vote. As for the Duke fan out there, I will find you :cuss: lol

I think the part live part memorex is fun.

Open up the report at the start of your trip. Perhaps you will post a random picture occasionally. A comment here or there. Maybe you will have an urgent need to share some exciting aspect of the trip in real time. Maybe not.

Wet our appetite, then fill in all the details after the trip.

I Like the LIVE with the Big Hits and recap on the rest of the TR format... nothing as exiting as a TR with a LIVE BIG HIT!!! but it does seem to take a lot of perseverance to do a full live TR...

I enjoy pics being posted live of BJ hands, baccarat boards, and chip porn. The details at the end are great also.

The poll results are overwhelmingly in favor of a live TR. So I will try and write a live one with as many good pics as possible

Well, right now my trip is on the verge of being cancelled. Southwest just cancelled all of their flights in and out of nashvegas for today. No word on tomorrow yet, but that is obviously not a good sign. Thanks Octavia! Anywho, if I actually get away tomorrow, I will start a new thread with a live TR

Hope you get out! Was supposed to travel to TN for work today, but it wasn't business-critical, so we cancelled. Good luck!

Thanks. I am almost certain that my flight will be cancelled. Not a single plane left Nashville today and all the ice that fell on the city will still be here tomorrow. I haven't even packed yet because I don't want to waste my time
