We're going to Seattle this week and we have an Entertainment.com book. We will be using a few of the coupons, but when we're back if anybody wants the book, send me a PM. Coupons are good until 10/31.

Nice weather right now. The real beauty of this state is outside the Seattle/Tacoma I-5 corridor though. My advice to you is to make a side trip to Mt Rainier, Olympic National Park or Ocean Shores. Oh and avoid the video poker if you go to a tribal casino. Washington State doesn't have real video poker (cards dealt aren't random).

I'm headed there 8-11 August, might take you up on that.

aaisack, I'm going to think about those recommendations. Problem is, I'm there for a wedding, and my friends in Vancouver really want me to drive up and see them, but I don't drive and don't know how far away anything is from anywhere else. Definitely saving the casinos for the 4-7 September trip to Vegas.

Take Amtrak or the bus to Vancouver. I highly recommend Whistler with your friends. Vancouver is also a fun city. Plenty of pretty women

I'm going to be in Vancouver right before you, I am probably flying from there to Vegas on the 8th. If you need to scratch your gambling itch head over to River Rock Casino right near YVR. I visited it late last year and it was pretty good. Won some of their funny Canadian money.

The Amtrak between Seattle and Vancouver is supposed to be a nice ride with beautiful scenery. If you have the time you should check it out. Vancouver is a really cool city as well.
