Any suggestions on a good seafood restaurant for a nice evening out with the GF on our upcoming trip Sept 20th? I've heard really good things about Lakeside at the Wynn so any info on it would be appreciated... along with any other suggestions. Thanks!

Lakeside is beautiful. If not there, possibly Joe's in the Forum Shops.

Depends on deep are your pockets. If the prices at Lakeside don't deter you, go for it. Their prices have deterred me. So, I've been to Joe's several times and enjoyed it.

New Orleans 7* retreat. Food, food, and more food . . . .
    Tentatively Tahoe or LV . . . .

I've been to the original Joe's in Miami Beach and it was amazing... Gonna add that one to the list.

I vote Emeril's for the food, but Lakeside for ambiance. I like Emeril's food much better, and think it's a lot more creative than Lakeside (which is pretty much just traditional seafood and chops), but the view at Lakeside is much, much nicer.

Umm, OK. That's fine. Terri and I rate "romance" on matters like food and simply being together. Airs are nice but we also don't need artifice to have our time.

I also like Joe's in the Forum. Last month we ate at Emeril's for the first time it was wonderful. Ambiance was very nice for dinner -- if there was one negative it was that the tables were close together. But that seems to be a norm in Vegas at many restaurants. We ate the Eiffel tower a few years back window seat to watch the sunset -- the tables were very close together there also.

BARTOLOTTA RISTORANTE DI MARE at the Wynn was amazing. Got the tasting menu, was pretty pricey but delicious.
