Any recommendations for seafood, preferably center strip? We would prefer a true seafood restaurant and not just a steak house with a fish dish and lobster tails.

Right now, we are considering American Fish at Aria or Joe's Stone Crab at the forum shops. Are there other options worth considering?

Joe's Stone Crab. The harvest is very poor again this year, as I was there last month and all they had were Medium stone crab claws. Service is impeccable. Bartolotta would be a close second. They are closed for renovations until mid-December I think.
