Has anybody done the Saturday Night Truck Stop thing at Tommy Rocker's?

It' doesn't look like the tumblr page is updated regularly but they do have a twitter that's active and running!

Saturday nights around 5 or so food trucks from the area (sometimes broad definition of area) come to Tommy Rockers and then later at night they have the BOH (Back of House brawl) that pits local chefs against one another creating dishes to raise money for charity.

Here are some of the food trucks I found web pages for. Everything looks so good!

    The Redneck Kitchen (http://www.the-redneck-kitchen.com/)

    Slow Cal BBQ (http://www.slowcalbbq.com/)

    Dragon Grille (http://dragongrille.wix.com/dragongrille)

    Roamin Dough (http://www.roamindough.com/)

    Wa Da Pho (http://wadapho.com/)

    Fuku Burger (http://fukuburger.squarespace.com/)

    Flying Moneky Truck (http://flyingmonkeytruck.com/)

I think it could be very fun sampling a lot of what's local to Las Vegas. I like supporting local when I can and this has potential :)

    What do you think?
