    How in this day and age can a tablet not have a cent symbol? I have € £ ¥ ₩ . Yea, I will use those lots. :rolleyes2:

    Your computer keyboard probably doesn't have a cent symbol either.

    As far as writing out currency, such as to put your two cents in, the proper way is to include the correct currency sign, like $0.02 or €0.02

    I know but we Americans like our cent symbol. At least I still have one on my phone.

    EDIT: I know the Alt code is 0162, but I don't think most tablets have the alt key sequence.
