Staying at Sams Town in mid September with some buddies for a football weekend. Ive seen that they have reportedly done some renovation to their sports book. Cheapo Vegas states that they do have free drinks while gambling as opposed to the ticket system. Has anybody spent any time in there recently and have an opinion to offer ?

I went to Sam's Town for a day in April.
    Good set up.
    Mixed bag on slots.
Not too tight but better than strip.

I put $20 on the Patriots in april when I was there, it was middle of day around 1 pm and I didn't drink, there were no lines.

    Sam's town

Been there a few times, mostly bet ponies. They have a lively crowd on football weekends. No drink tickets were required the last time I was there in September. They usually have a sufficient number of mutual clerks to take your action. Generally a good time. Hope you enjoy it.
