Sometime soon so says a lady I know. Any other resturant openings in hotels coming soom?

Ruth's Chris Steak House has found a home on the Strip. The upscale restaurant chain will open early next year at Harrah's Las Vegas, replacing the casino's The Range steak house.

The Range will close Nov. 11.

Would be a shame to see a mediocre chain place move in, the Range is actually quite nice

I love Ruth's Chris, but I refuse to go to any chain restaurants when I'm in Las Vegas.

I find Ruth's Chris to be somewhat overrated, and a little to expensive considering the quality of the meat.
essentially, its a steak smothered in butter.

    Same here!

When I'm in Las Vegas, I want something Vegas, and not something I can get anywhere else!

 That's part of vegas for me but since I get a rc gift card every xmas and it's a 35-40 min drive to the closest one I might save them and use it at Haraha's.

Same for me too!! When in Vegas I don't want to go to places I can go to at home. Unless it is McDonald's for coffee and a biscuit for breakfast or something like that.

Not even that for me. I love visiting the coffee shops in the different hotels too!

BTW, the best cup of coffee I've ever had in my life was at Prime at Bellagio, along with everything else they serve!

yes, the butter is not a great idea and the very hot plates mean that your medium rare steak is almost well done by the time you finish

Good to see so many new places opening in 2013, with no new casinos anytime soon at least new restaurants offer something new to try.
