We'll be going to see P&T there, and I had us down to eat at the buffet, but then I heard some good things about the Voodoo Steak House. So, help a guy out- which should I frequent?

    Will give them a try!

It really depends on the type of evening you want to have. If you want to be waited on in a more formal atmosphere (and of course higher quality beef), then the steak house is the obvious choice.

If instead your looking for a more leisurely, grazing different types of food experience, then the buffet is the obvious choice. if you are diamond, the wait for the buffet should be around 5 minutes, and ask for the diamond dining room and you will be in good shape. When I was there last month they had excellent carved beef/prime rib, along with all of the hundreds of other items. Food quality is actually quite good, and the desserts are of course out of this world if you have a sweet tooth.

either way I don't think you can lose.
