We haven't been to Vegas in about 7 years, but going back soon. Does any place still have those "hidden" specials? Like the golden gate downtown had the steak dinner for $7.77 if you asked for it, not on the menu. Or the cheap steak dinner at Ellis Island, or breakfast special at Binions if you asked, also cheap steak and eggs at Arizona Charlie's for about $2.50. Anyone still have these type of deals any more?

There were several threads on it on VMB and I've seen several threads on the Internet.

I think that the most notable one is at Hard Rock

The Hard Rock has some similar unadvertised specials, but these don't change very often. Every day at Mr. Lucky's you can get the $7.77 Surf & Turf special which includes four shrimp, a marinated ribeye, mashed potatoes and veggies. On Sunday, there is also an All You Can Eat Prime Rib special with mashed potatoes and veggies for $9.99. Both are pretty good and some of the best bargains you'll find at the Hard Rock.

New Orleans 7* retreat. Food, food, and more food . . . .
    Tentatively Tahoe or LV . . . .
