    Hey Now!
just checked my player's webpage for Resorts, and noticed my host's name isn't linked to my account anymore. I haven't talked to him since Oct. I called his number to make a reservation, and was told he no longer works there. I was transferred to casino marketing and asked for a host. This was at 7 p.m. on a Thursday night. I was told the hosts only work from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. I thought that was odd. I asked who would be on duty tomorrow morning, and was given a name. Not too sure what is going on. I have been mid-level there (Epic) for the last 3 years, and average about $150k play there a year, averaging 4-5 trips a year. Wonder what's up?

Hey now! January at the Jersey Shore? Sub freezing temps with a 20 mph wind off the bay will turn salt water taffy into rock candy. I just checked Hotels Tonight, Harrah's is $37 and Bally's is $32. At some shore towns, you could roll a bowling ball down the main drag and not hit a car in January.

Last week I received my first mailer from Resorts in almost a year, one free night Sunday-Thursday. So if I got this offer, they are scraping the bottom of the barrel to fill the hotel.

So, come on down, or up in your case, and bring some of those great Virginia oysters with you!

    Hey Now!!!!

my favorite time to go to AC is winter. Never any problem getting on the $5 BJ table at the Borg- although I did notice a 6/5 DD table there in Oct.- avoided it like the plague! My mailer is for 2 nights , 7 days a week at Resorts. I never had a problem getting 3 or 4 nights from my previous host. I'm also getting a mailer for 2 nights, Sun.-Thur. from Revel, so I could stay there. I play .50 8/5 BP, which is everywhere at Resorts. Just got back from 10 days in Vegas- TR should be up by next week.

Your host went into the host witness protection program

I have had a few hosts quit or get fired over the years. The casino will never tell you what happened or where they went. They do not want to lose your business to another property.

I had one host that they said - he passed away. Then about 3 years later, I saw him working at another property as a host. He told me he was fired for drinking on the job.

Trying to find an ex host is like trying to locate someone in the FBI witness protection program. LOL

The battle is on over the AC Club players

All the other casinos are openly advertising all the wonderful offers they will give them.I'm really surprised that Resorts ,given your track record there isnt more gracious.

    HeyNow!

I cold called the host on duty this morning- Martha Martinez. As soon as I gave her my players card number, she perked up. No problem getting 3 nights, she gave me her direct number and said if I needed anything just to call her. Worked out lovely!
