When you click on a reward, click the next button and look under "Purchase and Usage Limitations"

If you see the words "Usage Limited to any 3 rewards from MGM Resorts International," those are MGM rewards and are limited of 3 every 30 days.

If you see the words "Usage Limited to any 2 rewards from Station Casinos," those are MGM rewards *oops!* Station Casinos rewards and are limited of 2 every 24 hours

Everything else, does not have a limit on the number of rewards you can use on you trip, except, for the most part, you can only purchase 1 of each reward. See "Purchase and Usage Limitations" under each reward for more details.

I think SH0CK meant Station Casinos or "not MGM rewards" on that second one. You can use 3 MGM every 30 days, plus 2 Station Casinos rewards every 24 hours.
