So I am trying to decide for my next trip on what to do- I need a couple days where I can just relax and get away and think it might be nice to do so outside of the strip. I was thinking that Red Rock could be nice for a couple of nights but I have never been to their spa. Is their spa nice and worth spending time at? Are GVR or M Resort better?

I have not been to the spa at GVR or the M Resort. The spa at Red Rock is the main reason I have returned to that hotel for my last several visits. I find that just spending time in their spa makes a stay at Red Rock very relaxing. The amenities are all top notch. I haven't had a massage and I can only speak for the men's amenities. But I can't imagine any spa being much nicer.

According to the wife, who has been to all 3 of them over the years, her favorite is at Red Rock. The M and GVR are also pretty nice, but a notch below. One thing she didn't like was there was too much attention paid to her. She said that some was there to put their robe on you....so if you want that type of attention, it's definitely the place to go.my wife did get a massage there and definitely enjoyed the experience.
