Hi, I'm going in late November for 5 days and on Bconnected it's showing a deal for $29/night for all days (including Friday) at all of Fremont/California/MSS. Deal ends this Thursday.

Only problem is, it only allows up to 4 days in the dropdown menu.

This may be a silly question but I figured I may as well run it by y'all since I know I'll get the answer here. On Bconnected, can I just book 4 nights on this deal at one property, then book 1 night on this deal at one of the others? or 2 and 3?
Or does Boyd have some issue with that sort of thing?

Also, right now Bill's Gamblin' Hall is showing a similar price for the first few days. I have not actually had a room in any of the 4 properties. Anyone think Bill's is better?

Just room wise, not focusing on entertainment/gambling/food.

    :nworthy:

Can't speak to Bill's, but you can't piggy back multiple copies of the same offer on the BConnected program. It's one offer to be used at any property. To add a 5th night, you'd have to do so at your BConnected rate (depending on how you do it, this may not be much more expensive than $29/night).

I had this issue on my most recent stay when I wanted to stay 4 nights at MSS, but only had an offer for 3 comp and 2-4 nights @ $25/night. They wouldn't let me extend the 3 nights into 4 and if I wanted to use the $25/night offer, I had to use 2 consecutive nights on that offer for $50 total.

The whole process annoyed me enough to simply book the 3 nights and that will be my backup hotel since I was able to double-book at Bally's for comp 4 nights the whole stay. I had fully intended to stay all 4 nights at MSS - I have an unhealthy obsession with the brewpub there - but que sera sera. I haven't stayed strip-side for nearly half a decade. I'll get to see what I've been missing :vomit:. And if it's so terrible, I just have to survive one night and then I can retreat to my home-sweet-home, Main Street .

I'm Jonesing for that cheesy garlic bread and a red lager something fierce... The Saison was excellent too and the Watermelon Hefeweizen wasn't too bad at all. It's a cross between a watermelon aqua fresca and a wheat beer.

Since the $29.00 offer is being advertised to the public - just check the MSS/Fremont and California sites direct, you can book w/o going through the BConnected site. Book your 4 nights via BConnected and one night via the property site direct. Cannot see how this would jeopardize your rate. If it was a specific BConnected offer, then you would have an issue, but this rate is being advertised to the public at large. At least that is my take on the situation.

    Thanks

it's showing $33 a night on my Bconnected rates...so I guess I could book the first night using that and the final 4 on the offer?

and then there's always splitting the trip with Bill's...Harrah's offer is 24.50/night for the first couple days too

I don't think they would have a problem with you booking longer than 4 nights under those rates.

Though it seems like an "offer" I am inclined to think thats pretty much just what their going rates are nowadays as they have been pretty much sending us offers for $30 or less for over a year now, outside of the super busy times of year, and we have almost no history of play with them at all (I actually lost my card a couple of years ago and never bothered to get a replacement).

Checking them on Facebook right now and even there they have pretty much the same or similar $29/nt offers

I would recommend booking the first night and paying then comping the rest. Think. If you stay at a separate property you have to check out then move and check in again. If early you have to stash the bags. You lose a lot of time to save the 33 $ and for 5 nights @ 33 $ that is less than 7 $ a night. Frees your time up if at one property one room. IMO. GOOD LUCK!!

I just waited and something else showed up, so I booked all 5 nights (including FRI) at 29/night at MSS. Never had a room there, looking forward to it.
