Question about redeeming rewards

    It has been a while since I have redeemed anything with MyVegas. Do I need to print off something and bring it with me or can they look up my purchased rewards (2 hotel nights and 1 Buffet) at the MLife desk? Thanks.

    You don't have to bring anything printed but you do need to bring the confirmation code for each reward or they won't be able to track it down

    You need to book the room in advance - they don't always have nights available. You will need to provide a CC to hold the room and they will give you a confirmation number. For the buffet, you can just have the code you received via email.

    I just pulled up the confirmation emails on my phone and showed them that or read it to them. They were fine with it (Aria, MGM, Luxor).
