    Hello all,

I stayed at Mirage about a week ago on a 3 night comp/$100 FP/$50 F&B Credit. I played a good amount but I can't really say if it matched up to my offer or not since this was the first time I've stayed on an offer.

Now when I returned I just booked the same offer but with $150 FP. This offer was on the MLife site before my recent trip. So my question is...If for some reason my play didn't exactly live up to my last offer, is it possible they will revoke the offer I just booked? Or am I good to go since it is already booked?

    Thanks!:nworthy:

It's booked, you're good to go.

Depending on whether it was a property offer or a corporate offer, once you book it, it won't show up in your account any more. Property-specific offers disappear from my account after I book them.

Thanks Chuck. Yes it did disappear from my account once I booked it.

Typically, for all companies TR and mlife, if the offer is there, it's yours and once you book they won't revoke it. We do, on occasion, revoke offers before it is booked if a customer is demonstrating that they are coming in on offers and not playing much or at the level expected, or if they come in on a free play offer and just play with the free play and not any of their own bankroll. Every now and then I'll encounter a customer who was cut off. They see the offers from there end, but from my end it has a big ol "do not book" in bold lettering written all over their account. Usually upon inspection of their account you will see heavy play at first (folks trying to get to diamond in a day, etc, for the benefits), then they start coming in on offers and not playing at all and mooching off their initial play.

It takes multiple trips on offers with no play until something like this happens though, not just one trip with play a little less than expected. The revocation of offers as described above is pretty rare, you really have to be scamming to get them revoked. We usually just pull them back a bit, i.e. going from 200 FP to 100 FP per offer, etc.
