First time I purchased this book and it does not have easy tear out coupons they have to be cut. It is ok to cut out coupons before I go to Vegas. I will have the card with me. I really do not want to carry around the big book. Thank you in advance for answering my question.

Yes, just cut them out and carry the card, never been asked for the card but you never know.

No problem with just taking the cut out coupons and the card. The ACG knows that their tome is too big to carry around. I have been asked for the card that goes along with the coupon on several occasions but usually they don't even ask for that.
It is not like the LVA booklet that requires you to rip the coupon out in front of the casino employee.

I use a box cutter/razor knife to cut out the ACG coupons - much easier than scissors for me....
