I'm torn between booking massages at these two for my last day in Vegas. I haven't been to either one of them before, but they both have great reputations. I would like to pick whichever one is more luxurious and relaxing for two guys that have to burn off the afternoon before an evening flight back home. I would love to hear a variety of opinions on the matter.

I haven't had a treatment at either place but my 3 picks for the best Vegas Spa facilities would be in this order.

    1. Qua
    2. Canyon Ranch
    3. Wynn

Speaking of Wynn does anyone know if they've remodeled? The photos look different than I remember on their website.

I love CR. Me and my buddies hit it almost every time we're in Vegas for at least the Aquavana if not a massage. If really helps with a hangover. Have definitely burned an afternoon in there waiting for a late flight.

I have another friend who has been to Encore and CR and said Encore was better to him. Don't know if Encore and Wynn share.

Have never been to Qua, but you can't convince me that anything CET has is better than any of the other casinos in Vegas. Bad gambling, bad rooms, but the best spa? Doesn't add up.

Qua is miles ahead of any of cet's other spas and I highly recommend it to anyone

Mandarin is better than Qua. I can't comment on Canyon Ranch since I've never been.

I'm a guy. I liked Canyon Ranch. Never been to Qua, so can't compare.

I didn't take advantage of any of the facilities besides the lounge area (and the massage). It definitely meets the relaxing requirement. I've been back many times.

It's the range of facilities and the quality of the amenities that are the most improtant to me. As far as I am concerned, a massage is a massage wherever I go, and I don't care how friendly or not the staff are. What I really want is the place that has the nicest pools, steams, showers, resting areas, etc.

I have been to both and they were both nice. I was expecting a lot from Qua and I thought it was nice, but not any nicer than Canyon Ranch. If I had to pick one it would be Canyon Ranch which is where I will be going back to in a couple of weeks myself.

I appreciate all these perspectives. I'm wondering if a) the newness of CR is a big factor over QUA, and if 2) CR being larger means less density and more relaxation.

I think I'm leaning a bit towards CR, but would still really like to hear more opinions.
