Has anyone had this issue before? About 3 month ago I purchased 2 rewards, one for a lunch buffet at the Mirage the other for a dinner buffet at the Mirage. I used both of them about 45 days ago. I have another trip coming up soon and decided to buy the same comps. I got an error saying there was an issue with waiting period, I double checked the days and everything seemed ok, I ended up submitting 2 tickets last week to MyVegas and no response. I found a number online and called it and the woman tried to tell me that I could only use it once every 2 years, she was obviously clueless. She calls her supervisor and comes back and says 'we see no reason why you can't purchase this'...'but we can't help you, you have to contact PlayStudios'... I say 'I thought you MyVegas and PlayStudios were the same? And I did contact them last week but I am getting no response'... that was basically her solution. So I get another number for PlayStudios, this woman on the phone tells me that I have to email her, even though I sent them 2 tickets already. Has anyone else ever had this issue and been bounced around like this trying to get it resolved? It's a real sh1tty system they have going on in my opinion. So far everyone I have spoken to on the phone seems miserable and that they are doing me a favor by even talking to me.., what a clusterflock.
