I didn't see a thread on the new Public House restaurant at the Luxor. Where is it located at Luxor? Luxor's website doesn't have a link to the menu yet, anyone have any feedback as to food and drink prices and service quality?

I'm sure I'll eat there when I'm at Luxor in January.

Is that affiliated with the new Public House that also recently opened at the Venetian?

They're not related. The one at the Venetian is independent, and I don't know much about it. I haven't been to the one at Luxor yet, but it's part of an East Coast mini-chain; the one in Manhattan is in midtown and its clientele is almost uniformly composed of the fratty, "young professional" crowd. It's usually packed, but annoyingly so, such that it's one of the most irritating places to try to get a drink after work due to the effort required to fight your way to the bar and get the attention of a bartender. Food is typical bar food, nothing spectacular, and I think the reason why it's so popular in New York is because it's reasonably big and located close to lots of offices.
