So after deciding on the Wraparound Terrace Suite, I tried to book it online Friday night. When I did, it told me the system was down. Oddly enough, I received an email confirming that I had cancelled my reservation. Weird. So I tried it again last night. Everything seemed to go through OK and I received a confirmation email so I was feeling pretty good. When I woke up this morning, I had another email telling me that I had cancelled? Uh...what? So I tried again tonight and got another confirmation email. Hopefully that will take care of it. I know they never charged my card either of the first times but was just wondering if anyone else had had problems. I guess I could just call the reservation number if it happens again but, if a casino can't manage something as simple as online reservations, I wonder if I really want to stay there.
