    Most places have a menu online with prices. That'll help with the sticker shock. At least I was when I saw Ramsey's prices. But, most don't have a wine list.

    Yes, some do. What I'm getting at, really, is many folks -- if they know a 10-ounce Prime loin strip is gonna set 'em back $54 bucks -- lose sight of the big picture; this ain't Sizzler with a spud and cheese bread, a salad and some wilted broccoli.
