Very surprised by new Casesars rates this Gold member just stumbled on. So I cancelled my Rio reservation March 31 to April 5, and booked 5 nites at Caesars for average of 60 per nite. This is less than half the rate I had been seeing up till yesterday. I'm eating the resort fee but I love the pool and the location, and it might be my only visit to Vegas this year. Maybe resistance to the resort fee is greater than they expected.

You did the right thing. You kept an eye on rates and they came down. If you got $60 at CP, wonder how good rates were for Paris or other CET hotels? Would be close to comp I would think?

Nice! Well, now everything ads up though. It's not $60 after $25 resort fee, and $30 in taxes but still cheap!

Yea I just pulled dates around there and wow. $41 PH, $20 Rio, $18 Flamingo. Oh man I must go! haha.

Caesars can actually be very generous at times, even to us lowly Gold members!

We've even got some comp rooms during the slower times recently.

    If it is roman tower

I would book elsewhere....although Caesars often offers upgrades for a small fee
