    hi,

I haven`t heard anything on the goretorium in awhile good or bad.
I was pretty hyped about something new and different to see next visit.

I saw billboards for it on my last trip and began obsessively looking it up. I am terrified by going to these types of things, I hate being startled, but I love seeing pictures! I used to work for Universal Studios and loved walking through the horror nights mazes during the day, without the scaractors, just to see the sets.

Well I've been through twice now and have posted a bit...do a gortorium search.
A friend of mine works there...weekends are the busiest. It's been pretty empty
when I've gone through...just a few groups at a time and prices are now $29.

The bar/lounge is good and you can just stop in there if you like...have a drink and
think about going through the hotel. It has it's moments...sets/make up are pro...
they fooled me real good a couple times.

The open air terrace bar/lounge is worth a drink (you get one free if you go through)
but you can just stop in at the lounge, have a drink, enjoy the Strip view...
(you're 3d floor, across from COSMO)

Vegas Chatter has a page on GORTORIUM's holiday offering...check it out.

Thanks for the info. Going to the bar sounds like a great way to check it out, without having to go through the hotel. I'm way too big of a chicken!

Was going to go Friday night to the opening of their Sick Santa exhibit, but with the Connecticut shooting earlier in that day and the murder-suicide at Excalibur a few blocks away, it seemed like a bad idea.

    Eli Roth's Goretorium

Has anyone been to this or heard about it? I was looking for wedding ideas on Pintrest and stumbled across it. For you horror lovers it looks amazing.

Haven't been. Heard it's closing or at least on it's last legs already.

    I've gone through a few times...I think it's fun.
The outdoor terrace lounge/bar is good as is the view of the Strip...
you're 3d floor up, right across from COSMO.
Do a 'Search' here, you'll find more.

From what i have researched online it's still open. They just had an end of the world party and one for NYE. If anyone does hit this place up please let us all know, would love to hear about it. I am pretty sure if it's open when we go i will be dragged into it, screaming...LOL I Love/Loath haunted attractions. I am also a little green with envy. They stole my idea for a year round haunt/casino..LOL
