I know there have been a few threads recently about swim up black jack, but I was wondering which properties' pools have any or all of the following:

    1. swim up bar
    2. allow pool floats
    3. areas of the actual pool with shade
    4. allow non-hotel guests entry (with or without fee)

We've never spent any pool time in Vegas, but one of our nicest vacations involved the first three items in the list at a resort in Jamaica and Vegas is both closer and cheeper if we can recreate the experience there. Thanks very much.

OK, maybe this was a stupid question. Are there really no swim up bars at pools in Vegas? Crazy...

    Hope this helps.

    1- http://www.ehow.com/list_7304358_las-hotels-swim-up-bars.html

2- Caesar's, Monte Carlo and Rio rent them for a fee from what I remember. Can't bring a personal one in.

3- No knowledge. Never looked for any shade.

4- Stayed at Aria but was never asked to show a room key Mem. Day Weekend 2011. Flamingo free if staying there, $15 if staying at another Caesar's property (Harrah's, Quad, Ballys, etc) and $25 for anyone else. A bunch of these hotels have super pools that are now clubs in a pool setting. Encore, Marquee, Wet Republic, Tao, Rehab at Hard Rock, Palms, Daylight, Bare just to name a few. They charge a fee to enter between $25-$75 per person depending on who the dj is and is usually mobbed Fri through Sunday during the pool season.
