I'd appreciate any info on the pool situation at CP. We normally stay at the Flamingo because our host is there but he says he can book us at any CET property. We really like the pool at the Flamingo but it gets a younger crowd who tends to party harder as the day goes on. We'd like something more quiet and relaxing. Do you find this to be the case with CP? Do you know if cabana rentals are much more than the Flamingo? If we decide to switch our booking from the Flamingo to CP, what tower do you recommend.
    Thanks in advance.

Definitely less of a party atmosphere at CP. I was looking at cabana prices and Vegas.com ( i think) was showing CP at $500 and Flamingo at $350. Not sure what exactly is included with either. I would definitely call and find out.

As far as towers go I recommend the Augustus or Octavius.

I would recommend the Augustus Tower if you want to be closer to the Strip and a possible Bellagio Fountain view. I personally have only stayed in the Forum Tower, but i do know that of the two Towers, Augustus has more advantages.
I have used the pools which i found wonderful. There are many pools to choose from and my favorite was the Venus pool.
It's adults only with no kids. Because of my stroke, i needed to have a place that didn't have kids splashing around and causing havoc because of my limited mobility.
However, the Jupiter pool is probably the best pool for relaxation, and i think the only guests allowed in are Augustus and Octavius key holders, so you'd be good to go.
