Hey everyone! For an upcoming trip in August, I'm planning to set some time aside at the pool while we're staying at Palazzo. Reading the website, there's apparently 10 pools located between the V and P and I'm not sure the best way to plan for it.

    - I see one of the perks with Gold is that you can get comp entry to Tao beach, and get a comp daybed with $100 food and beverage purchase. Planning to do lunch and drinks (which would easily cover the $100) so this might be an option.

    - only plan to spend a max 2-3 hours there, just want to chill for that time, get some sun, catch up on the trip report, do some people watching and chat. May be as little as 2 of us there, max 4.

    Questions-

    - is Tao beach a busy loud party gong show? I've seen pics for instance at Wet Republic where people appear shoulder to shoulder as it's just PACKED, trying to avoid that. Thinking of a mid - late Friday morning.....

    - the attraction for the daybed comes from concern that all the free loungers at the pool will otherwise be taken. Valid concern? Valid concern for all of the 10 pools?

    - does anyone have any pics of the daybeds? Hard to find anything on the net......

    - any recommended alternatives for the pools vs. Tao beach for two old birds in their 40's...hahaha.....

Any comments or experience with the pool scene at V/P appreciated!

    Thanks in advance!!!
