I was contacted, in May (right before I became Diamond) by a woman at CET who said that she has been assigned to be my "host" (much longer title but that was the essence of it). Since then I have tried to reach her by email (twice) and phone (twice, the last being this past Friday). To date no return phone call nor return email. I am planning my 1st wedding anniversary in Vegas, October 9th, since Vegas is where we got engaged 2 years ago. Trying to line up some rooms through CET for friends and family and yet I can't get a return call.

I'm hoping that someone here can recommend a host who will at least will return my call!

That's a sign that she's totally un-reliable. It takes a second to acknowledge that she received your email or call. Screw her, like the others have mentioned, contact Hunter. he is the man.

If Hunter is busy, let me know - I'll give you the name of my host. James is great & has acquired a few of my friends I have recommended.

Jim is the best -has been our host over 5 yrs - never a problem - did a great job helping with my son:s wedding last year. Good test when you contact any host - email first with TR# and what you are looking for - all real favors come after you build a relationship. if no reply in a couple of days try later. IMO get a host that works out of your favorite casino. Jim works (office) out of Paris & Bally"s but can help with any Casino

Jim is my host as well. He has booked 2 trips for me this year and it was very smooth. But...I e-mailed him 10 days ago to book for the end of September and never heard back. I e-mailed him again 3 days ago and have still heard nothing. I don't know if something is amiss or I am being brushed off. He has been a very quick responder in the past.
