Got an offer from CET. 3 nights comped and 2 free entries into a slot tournament. The hotel included is Ballys. They are weekend nights. If we take the free rooms are we required to enter the slot tournament? Neither of us really play slots, but we love free rooms. Is it just an enticement to get us there or a requirement to participate in the tournament?
    Thanks

No, they won't care if you don't show for the slot tournie. I was staying at Paris and was booked in under an offer for a slot tournie at Rio. I was telling my host what a pain in the ass it was because there were 3 sessions over 2 days. His response........"don 't go".

You don't have to participate. Many do because it's a chance for free money or free play! Since you have this offer, you may want to double check to see if you have other offers available that might have an extra to the nights that would benefit you more. You may have one for free play or resort credits - I'd sign in to your on line account to check!!

Why would you not play in a free tourney where you could win money?

The Slot Tournament is just an enticement. If you're not interested, you can still book it but they'll probably consider the tournament in the front end comps even if you don't show.

1 - Why not play - it is free and only takes a few minutes.

2 - Have you tried to book using the rate calendar? Chances are you may be able to get rooms most nights anyways without using an offer code.

3 - Have you logged into your account to see if there are any other offers?

4 - If you "miss" the slot tournament, no big deal.
