If there is I haven't found it. All I have found is NY style. If you like thin crust pizza, I thought it was very good at Spago in the Forum Shops at Caesars.

If that Pizza Rock is affiliated with Pizza Rock/Sacto and Tony's/SF, do they have Chicago-style (I'm assuming the OP is requesting the thick stuff not the cracker version)? I don't recall it in Sacto or the City.

Amore Taste of Chicago out west on Durango. Though I'll say up front I haven't been there in about four years.

There is a reason you can't find that type of pizza. :wink2::wink2:

Mmmm... I miss Lou Malnatti's. My personal favorite pizza in Chicago.

If they were in Vegas I would go no matter what.

Try Chicago Brewing Company at 4 queens. They have a 9" deep dish pizza which I thought was actually pretty good. Decent crust and fresh tomato sauce.

I've had the cracker thin from Pizza Rock. It might be called Chicago style, but our table of 15 (former Chicagoans) disagreed. It's good, though, their Margarita is world's better, but it's not true Chicago style.

Amore's used to be my pick. They do thin, stuffed and deep dish. Quality and service slipped a few years ago, I gave them several tries, but eventually they lost my business.

Rosati's has multiple locations. I don't care for their thin crust, I find it bland. But the location on Hualapai will make stuffed pizza upon request (not on the menu) it is the best around.

My go to place is Windy City Beefs N Pizza on Eastern/Silverado Ranch. They have the best thin crust and deep dish around. They also have great beefs, sausage and dogs. It's the real deal. Their original location at Lake Mead/Buffalo only does dogs and beefs.

Windy City's thin and deep dish

What about Trevi at the Caesar Forum shops? Their menu lists deep dish at least.

There is nothing like deep dish Chicago style pizza!

Here in St. Louis everything is paper thin.
