+1. I was going to try out 800 Degrees at MC since I heard good things about that place.

Last weekend, I tried 800 Degrees for the 1st time and was pleased with it - wasn't the best out there but it hits the spot. Also tried 'Pin-up Pizza' outside PH. 800 Degrees wins that battle hands down

If you haven't been to Pizza Rock yet, I suggest trying it. It's downtown, so you can leave the car parked and enjoy their solid beer selection with your pie.
Just be sure you go into the restaurant and sit down - don't just grab a slice-to-go from the front of the place; two vastly different experiences.

I need to try Five50 and Pizza Rock.

I enjoyed Secret Pizza on my last trip - very good but still well short of the mark set by Grimaldi's at Palazzo, IMO.

Pizza Rock and Five 50 get my vote, had Five 50 last trip for the first time and great slice of pie better than anything Secret ever made by a stretch.

Wanted to try the 800 degree pizza at MC but missed it last trip.
Tried the Hidden Pizza and Pin-up Pizza only once. Not interested in trying again.
Believe it or not but the Rock Bar in the PH mall actually serves a very good pizza.
Its the only place I have revisited for pizza.

When downtown we always get some pizza at the Plaza. They have the best pizza we have found downtown.. No ambiance but good pizza. Maybe take it to the beir garden, I'll have to check that out now that the bier garden is op;en.

Oh yes, a topic I can relate to as I had Five50, 800 Degrees and Pizza Rock this weekend. Five50 I had a slice of Gotham on Saturday afternoon, not bad and worth the 5.50 I paid for it. Pizza Rock I had yesterday at happy hour and had the solo pizza Molinari and like a previous poster noted, the pies inside are different than the slices sold at the take away counter. For my money Pizza Rock is the best pizza I've had in Vegas and definitely top 5 for me personally anywhere. Now, I came back from downtown and tried 800 degrees late last night and had a sausage, mushroom and onion with red sauce. It doesn't take long to make and it looks good, but I think they skimp a bit on the sausage. So, it comes like a solo pizza on a plate and I pick up a slice and the toppings slide right off the crust and onto my plate. So, I had to kind of fold each slice to avoid this issue. Saying that, it's got a good taste once you do that and I would rate it above Five50, but, still disappointing to have to fool around like that to eat it.

I've never had the secret pizza at Cosmo, so, can't say anything about that. It's probably good I stay on the strip, or I would be at Pizza Rock every day! :)
