So Mrs. Blue and I will be in town in late September.

We'll be staying at the Bellagio for a couple of days, and we're planning a special dinner before we take in O. We've narrowed our choices down to Picasso or Prime.

We understand that the food each restaurant offers is quite different, and we'll enjoy the menu whichever we decide. We also expect the service at each location to be outstanding, and the price seems to be comparable.

So I'd like to ask our fellow VMBers who have "been there and done that" for your opinion. We are interested in setting, ambiance, and overall experience.

Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

Picasso is one of the best restaurants in vegas while Prime is not even a top 10 steakhouse IMO. So for me its not even close, go with Picasso┬┤s degustation menu with wine pairing and you will have one of the best meals of your life.

Prime has been and I'm sure will continue to be the best dining experience of my life.

We are doing the same thing, but we picked Le Cirque for our pre "O" meal.
Can't wait for 8-2 to get here.

Not a fair battle - go Picasso against Le Cirque if you want to ask which one.

If you want a steak - Prime
If you want French - Picasso
