I am sure this has been discussed and there are many answers to the question/s. As stated previously, I will be in Vegas in June and plan on taking tons of photos and having a good time. Over all, quite simple.

I am curious, how many travel with a DSLR camera and if you do, what lens do you normally carry. I have a 18-55 and 55-250 standard lenses for my Canon T5i. I thought about buying 50 1.8 as well. The general question, when going out, I know personally I do not want to carry my bag and all of that, so what lens would be most beneficial to use, if only carrying one for the day. Basically, I get up in the morning, grab the camera and go walking, photographing as I go, or in the evening, whatever.

Also, for those that use DSLR, as long as you have the lens cap on, does the casino say anything if your playing at a table with one around your neck? I would hate to have to walk back to my room just to go play. We do not have this issue in our casino, we are not a tourist destination and usually you have people taking pics with their smart phones so this is a new one for me.

I also will have my iPhone 6 with me which has a great camera but its not going to get me the shots I want. I will have my Macbook Pro with me to download photos as needed, I do plan on getting another memory card, I currently have a 32gb and 8gb but who knows if those will be enough, I shoot in RAW format.
