    Vital Vegas tweeted a pic that the lot where the Peppermill sits is for sale. $30 million per acre for a 5.5 acre parcel if anyone is interested.

    That "for sale" sign has been there sign at least June. If you check Google Street View, you see the sign with the Riv still standing in the background.

    As long as the place stays I don't care what happens around it. Love that lounge and even eat there on occasion.

    Went to look at the Google street view, sure enough that sign is indeed there.

    Also LV Metro PD setting up...something near the sidewalk. What is that weird piece of equipment? I've seen one of those somewhere before but can't figure out what it is.
