They're supposed to be working on the escalators, but saw a story on Vegas Bright this morning, almost looked like one of the bridges was out? I'm talking on LVBvld and Tropicana.

Are there any bridges out of service at the moment?

Do not know at the moment but there seems to always be several of the pedestrian bridges out.

Sounds like none of the bridges are coming down, but they are going to pretty them up a bunch, and they will shut each one down entirely while they work on it.

    Thanks for the link.

From what I can tell from their site (incomplete text), it appears the southern bridge (between Tropicana and Excalibur) is closed at the moment, and will be until December.

    Can anyone confirm?

The bridge between Trop and Excal was closed when I was in the vicinity last Wednesday. So I used the Excal to NYNY footbridge for the first time.

Usually it seems like the UP escalator is always out!

You're welcome! That pic was among those I took while I was standing there waiting for the tram to open @ 9:00. (Time stamp on my camera was off by quite a bit.)

Escalator repair on those would be great job security.
