Is a Red Room Premier the same as the "P" rooms (the ones at the ends of the halls with windows on 2 sides)? Thanks.

No, Sorry. Red Room Premier is just the upper floors facing the strip....Red Room Luxury are the rest of the upper floors not facing the strip. The P rooms as you said ARE the very end room at each end of the hall. I do not believe you can reserve a P room...luck of the draw at check-in.

P is at the end of the number for rooms other than those great corner rooms. Suites end is P as well. I think that if you ask for the corner red room it might be more helpful and specific than asking for a P room.
I'm not a expert but I have spent more than month of my life in Paris rooms!

Thanks!! I booked a Red Room Premier on a comp for a 3 night weekend in May. Since it's not the same, I'll plan on asking for a P (or corner) room when I check in. I'm Diamond, but maybe that doesn't matter. I understand they're hard to get. We normally stay at Flamingo in a GO Luxury with south facing view of the Bellagio fountains, but with the planned roof-top night/day club next door, we figure we may need to make a change, so trying Paris out for this trip.

If you get one I think you will be happy, I'm a stickler for a strip view and I don't mind the non-strip view ones. The extra room and windows are nice. Although it is a big pain right now due to construction, don't over look the renovated Jubilee rooms at Bally's. Plus I love gambling in the casino and the 2 for 1 with Paris.

Also having been there 2 weeks ago I'd also be surprised if the nightclub and day club are operating this summer.

Yah, I doubt it, but we go several times a year, usually, and we figured we better start scoping out some alternatives to our usual, just in case. Thanks.

I just stayed in a Red Room Premier, very nice!! GREAT VIEW, best I've ever had. Having a corner would probably be nice to have a better view, for more angles. I had to go over to my window to see my view pretty much. I was closer to the inner corner.. like where the building "folds"

    This was my room

Please keep in mind that Paris has 3 wings and therefore not every P room at the end of the hall is going to have a strip view. They are larger and have the windows on 2 walls, but P room does not necessarily mean you will be looking at the Bellagio fountains out of either of your windows

Non "P" rooms can have a good view too. Here is a Premier room over NYE.

Actually, Paris has 4 wings. Rooms on each side. You can then imagine how the rooms on the back wings will face.

Thanks, everyone. I think we'll give it a go. Anyone that can compare the beds in the Red Room Premier to the GO Luxury? Those beds at the Flamingo are soooooooo comfortable.
