    Hi,

Does anyone know if any casino players club give points for horse racing bets? I don't think Mlife does - was at Mandalay and the race/sports book didn't take the card. since I like playing the ponies, I'd like to find place(s) that will give credit for this.

I know it is limited, but no specifics. I guess my first question, is what sort of numbers do your bet? Remember, all comps/points are based on the amount of money you put at risk.

At least a couple years ago, both CET and MGM gave comp credit for horse racing (a friend of mine even got credit for a cheap wager on a dog race at Aria two years ago). But that was a few years ago, so I am probably out of date

Pari mutual bets are rewarded handsomely. Those bets are a win-win for the casinos because you're actually betting against the other players, the book never losses. Just remember to hand them your card when betting.

Some books have a separate players card for these bets.

All the CET properties will take your card when you bet the ponies

Thanks for the responses. From looking some more online, it looks like the Station casinos do as well. As much fun as blackjack and craps are, I have better chances of turning profit at the ponies :)
